The Cog Thread Lift works through two powerful mechanisms that help restore youthful facial structure.
The first mechanism is an instant mechanical lift. As the PDO threads are inserted and gently tightened, they reposition sagging tissue to a more youthful and defined position.
The second mechanism is biological regeneration. Once the threads are placed within the dermis, they trigger a natural healing response known as a foreign body reaction. This response stimulates the production of collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid along the thread pathway.
