CO2 Fractional Laser
CO2 Fractional Laser: The Ultimate Skin Resurfacer
The strongest laser here, when the skin needs a complete “rebuild” (whether from deep acne scars, surgical scars, or advanced aging) is the CO2 Fractional Laser. We know this as the “big gun” of laser dermatology, a treatment which is effective for those seeking a far-reaching, life-altering change. In Janakpuri, a major name in advanced aesthetics, this medical-grade CO2 laser is used to eradicate damaged skin tissue area by area, compelling the body to form a completely new, perfect layer of skin.

Treatment Overview
CO2 Fractional Laser works using a scientific process called Fractional Photothermolysis, where the laser energy is divided into thousands of microscopic columns that penetrate the skin with extreme precision.
This is a fractionated laser, which means the science behind it is called ‘Fractional Photothermolysis’. The laser beam is divided into thousands of tiny ‘columns’ of light which, when they strike the skin, remove tiny areas of the epidermis and penetrate deep into the dermis. The surrounding tissue is not affected, leaving ‘pillars’ of unaffected skin. This, in turn, allows the body to recover much more quickly than traditional CO2 laser treatment.
This heat energy instigates a massive ‘collagen remodelling’ effect, resulting in skin tightening and the smoothing out of even the most difficult textural irregularities. Myraluxe Aesthetics uses the CO2 Laser for treating ‘ice-pick’ acne scars, deep-set peri-oral smile lines, and photoaging leading to uneven skin pigmentation. At Myraluxe Aesthetics, all laser procedures are performed under the supervision of a certified Dermatologist; specialized anesthesia is administered to ensure a comfortable experience.
CO2 Fractional Laser treatment delivers significant improvements in skin texture, firmness, and clarity by stimulating the body’s natural healing response.
While there is a few days of social downtime as the skin heals, the effects achieved are second to none. The skin is noticeably brighter, tighter, and exfoliated after 1–2 visits. This is a true “biological skin reset”, where damaged skin layers are replaced with healthier regenerated tissue.
